Obtaining a visa can be a long process, and often there is a lengthy first step; obtaining a letter of invitation from the host country. Participants should begin checking NOW to see if they need a visa for Thailand, and they should allow a minimum of 60 days to obtain one. It may take less time than that, but 60 days is not unusual to complete a letter of invitation and then a visa application.

Getting all participants their required visas for MinistryNet: Budapest 2005 was one of the biggest hurdles and stories of that event!

Remember Austin? He took a 7-day epic journey through three different countries to obtain his. Oumar traveled through three as well.
