SOS Medical Evacuation Plan

You may or may not be aware, but if you are traveling out of your home country, Campus Crusade staff are required to to purchase SOS Medical Evacuation Plan:
You can choose to enroll in the short-term membership, or an annual membership. If you travel more then 40 days a year, we recommend the annual membership as it is most cost effective. If you have any questions regarding this, contact the SOS Project Insurance Administrator.
Please note that SOS is an “evacuation assistance” plan. It is not health insurance. You will be responsible to cover all medical costs and housing.We recommend using a credit card and then getting the bills reimbursed by your medical insurance company later. SOS covers only the transportation costs during an emergency situation.
